All drawings are to scale. Sizes and dimensions are in inches (decimal).

" In Stock " rocker cuts are cut and ready to ship with the standard black PVC stringers. Other styles can be cut for an additional billet set up charge, see Price List.

Blanks that are ordered - 'rocker cut only' - are delivered in a 23 to 25 inch width rectangular slab ( see photo ), ready to be laid out with your outlines. The thickness of our stock blanks includes an additional 0.125 to 0.25 inches more than what we consider the nominal, to add to their versatility. Of course, a specific thickness can be ordered , and all other rocker dimensions can be customized.

We measure, design and cut sFoam blanks using Cartesian geometry (using x and y coordinates.) Since this is not the traditional method used by most shapers, please view the illustration below.

Please note that our blanks are measured tip to tip, meaning you can make that size or longer surfboards from each blank.
